N.V. White Quality Policy Statement

It is the policy of N.V. White Ltd to define and maintain a Quality Management System with all the necessary documentation for registration to BS EN ISO 9001, and meet the requirements of the industry, rules and codes of practice and statutory regulations - including Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.

The Company is an electrical contractor, engaged in the installation and commissioning of Electrical Installations, Data Communications, CCTV Security, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, UPS, Energy Management, Audio/PA, Air Conditioning/Heating Systems and Data Systems.

They also service and maintain the above services.

A planned Quality Management System (QMS) has been introduced to ensure that the products conform to client needs, expectations and order requirements plus the goals of the organisation.

To achieve and maintain the desired quality the Company requires the commitment and participation of all personnel in the organisation, including top management. Everyone in the company must seek at all times to:

• Take responsibility for achieving and sustaining the quality of their work so as to continually improve service and meet the clients' stated or implied needs and changing needs.
  
  
• Eliminate and prevent from occurring all defects and client complaints throughout the organisation.
  
  
• Measure, analyse and instigate action to achieve the goals set by the Company at the Management Reviews.

This Quality Policy and Business Objectives are reviewed for continued suitability at the regular Management reviews.
